I notice everytime I drink alcohol, next morning my skin gets dry and I feel tired especially in the summer and my skin looks dull!
someone mention to me..chinese green tea!? Just curious.

  1. drink water before you go to bed, and wash and moisturize your face.


  2. Drink a lot of water, at least 6-8 glasses. Also, if you drink try to alternate your alcohol with water. But a few glass of water will help.


  3. Drink lots of water. Also sweat helps refresh your body.


  4. Flush your body w/ lots and lots of warm water. A warm bath, warm water to drink, yeah it’s the only way.


  5. You need to quit drinking all together and take vitamin B12 and get to a doctor to make sure you don’t go into DT’S


  6. Drink some healthy juice when you’ve had enough booze.
    Two or three servings, water even. In the morning drink more and get active as soon you wake.


  7. There are several toxic effects to alcohol. One is the utter destruction of cell structures (alcohol basically dissolves the drinker from the inside out). One is the production of certain compounds that use up Vitamins B and E, so taking a multivitamin will help. The other is the largest, a dessicating effect, since the body uses larger amounts of water in metabolizing ethyl - drink two glasses of water for every alcoholic drink and you should notice an improvement.

    Remember that pure alcohol is one of the deadliest substances known to impact all forms of life.


  8. How long do u want to be off of alcohol???til the next morning? If you want a long term soution, goto a detox facility, and they will help you detox, they will provide medication to help you come down, and be able to live with the withdrawls, otherwise, I guess it will just be insanity. which means doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.


  9. Just drink water until your pee is clear and clean.

    Alcohol causes your body to dehydrate. The rule is one gallon per day or more if you work outside in the heat.
