I want to get rid of all the toxication, bad things in my body etc etc…..what is the best way to do it……best way to cleanse your body………overhauling your body…….like fasting…..or any juice diet or any other thing?

  3. well theres this thing i think its called dioxinating or however its spelled. they put a types of device up in ur butt and it clinses u out it gets all the fats and toxins out of u.( might want 2 look up hoew u really spell it, but its similar 2 that)

  5. This product helped me out. Its called Neprinol and it made me totally detox. It really cleans out your kidneys and liver. Its good for you too, helping your heart and total body.


  6. there’s this new kind of sauna that this man I think from Europe just developed. a friend does it and she looks amazing.

    he had a son who had some kind of disease but was too young to get the harsh traditional treatment.

    so he developed a way to detox the body of mercury, lead, ect. through heat.

    it’s pretty new and I don’t know the name of it. maybe I’m just planting a seed and you’ll hear more about it sometime. . .

    also –the books by marilu henner on diet have good suggestions but they’re kinda hidden in there.

  8. SEX honestly if u have loads of sex u will sweat alot and sweat will rid u of all the bad stuff inside……….its true i have sex all the time and my body is pure of toxins! try it xxxxx


  9. Eat nothing but fruit and veg 2-3 times a day for a week, drink plenty of water or prune juice. The more darker the fruit, the better results you’ll have. I’m not a dietitian so get proper advise before you do anything you might regret later!


  10. You need to drink loads of water everyday. Drink water first thing in the morning, stay for at least an hour without eating anything, then have a fruit and keep on drinking loads of water. Water is the best detox. Avoid caffeine if possible.


  11. for full 24 hrs eat salad with no additives and drink pure water.


  12. get multivitamins with antitoxidents and take one a day
