reason im asking is because sometimes i feel abit bunged up (not to sound gross, sorry if i do) so thought maybe detoxing my body may help?!? I dont eat unhealthy anyway but must admit i dont get no where near enough fruit and veg!!

    and try eat less bread and more fruits/vegetables and drink natural juices.
    eat something that is light for your stomach.
    eg yoghurt, boiled fish / meat, salads, boileg vegetables.
    cut down with spices & fried food & fast food & oily food.


  11. drink lots of water. 8 cups a day, if you have to, buy a big water bottle and fill it 2x a day, you’ll be cleansed within a week or two, also green tea really helps. also you can tell that your body is starting to detoxify itself when your pee is clear, i know this sounds disgusting but it’s true!!!!

  13. I think that detoxing is a myth - it has no basis in scientific fact. Your liver and other bits are constantly ‘detoxing’ you - all you can do is live fairly healthily to help them out.

    If you eat a balanced diet, drink enough fluids, stay active - you’ll optimize your health and probably feel good.

    You know what’s good for you already - you don’t need special potions or recipes.


  14. Like what all say..drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day, eat green leafy veggies and lower all the saturated fat intake and bad cholesterol. Eat good fat like fish fat or take fish oil supplements. Try taking multivitamins, and regular exercise will do really good because when you sweat, a lot of toxins are released thru your skin. Also if you are willing to take a holistic approach, there is a method called cupping where usually it’s a certified acupuncturist placed glass cups previously heated, then put on your backside. After a while, some blackish residue shows around the inside of the glass, it’s supposedly all the toxins in your skin. Also bathing in epson salt i heard does some holistic effects as well.   16. If you mean constipated you could try getting more fibre in to your diet. Certainly more fruit is needed.

    As for a detox diet you could spend a couple of days eating porrige first thing then fruit and veg for the rest of your meals.


  17. Ahh I know what you mean. The best way to detox your body is to get on a good sweaty regular workout. Ever since I started a working out regularly I feel great all the time and no longer ever get sick. Drink lots of water too!

    eat a lot of fruits and vegetables
    try being a vegan for a week or two
    try hot water+lemon+honey morning in empty stomach
    try hot water+ginger+honey in empty stomach
    check for colon irrigation therapy
    check for coffee enema
    Avoid Spicy, fatty, oil foods
    Go the toilet and empty the bladder before sleep
    Do not overeat or eat late and do not drink water within 2 hours before going to bed.
