This diet basically involves eating soup for the duration. The
soup will contain natural healthy products only and will be made
by yourself, so that you know exactly what you are eating. A
popular type of detox soup is cabbage soup. If you can get used
to the taste then you’ll be losing lots of weight in no time
at all. If you don’t like cabbage then you can use vegetables
that you do like.
A detox soup diet should only really last up to 7 days maximum.
This is usually enough time to see a dramatic weight loss but
also means that you are not depriving your body of other nutrients
it requires for a long period of time. You should experiment as
much as you can to vary the type of soup, this will make it
easier for you to stay on the diet.
