The 7 Day Detox Diet
Unfortunately, planet earth is getting to be an increasingly
unhealthy planet. There are so many chemicals and toxins released
into the atmosphere everyday by factories and cars that it
is no wonder people seek ways to keep themselves as healthy
as they can. These toxins can cause all sorts of problems
to the human body once they enter, so we need to know how we
can remove these as best we can. One common way is to start
on a detoxification program such as the 7 day detox diet.
The 7 day detox diet is very similar to the 3 day version
but obviously it last 4 days longer. People prefer the 7 day
version as it generally means they will lose more weight and
also be able to remove more toxins from the body. People don’t
realise that these toxins are causing our major organs to slow
down and not function correctly. So we must try to remove as
many as we naturally can.
The way to do this is to start a diet of eating only healthy
foods and to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Combine
this with a little bit of exercise each day and before you know
it, you’ll be feeling full of energy and a much healthier person
in general.
Your day should start with a glass of water and maybe a few pieces
of fruit for breakfast. You’ll then have 3-4 small meals consisting
of vegetables, rice or fruit. Continue this process for the full
7 days and you should see quite a reduction in weight as well
as a feeling of having more energy. You should try to avoid
products that contain a lot of sugar, flour and also avoid products
with caffeine included.
