In order to eat healthily and nutritiously, one must adhere to the three “G” – Grow, glow and go. This is one of the fundamentals in nutrition to educate children in the importance of eating a healthy and balanced diet.
Understanding what we eat and drink every day is paramount. Our body digests the nutrients from the food we consume but the harmful chemicals it contains remains in our body. Over time, these harmful chemicals or acids will accumulate into startling amounts, which is too much for our body’s natural cleansing mechanism to bear.
pH is a scale to measure acidity and alkalinity. Fluids in our body contribute to the overall ph level which will affect the cells. Although the body is able to adjust its pH level, there are times it does not function properly, and when this happens, it affects the whole body.
If you experience stress, tiredness, excess weight, fatigue, aches, pains, poor digestion, and other serious disorders, the pH level inside your body may be too acidic.
Ingesting acids, creating acids and incorrect acid removal are three reasons that may result in the body being too acidic.
Our body needs time to neutralize the acids that are currently present. If we continue to consume food high in acidic content, it will cause our body to work too hard, till it kills the function which is necessary to bring the body back to balance. Examples of food products to avoid are alcohol, meat, coffee, dairy products and processed meat.Keep in mind that when allowing your body to neutralise the acids, do not ‘work it too hard’ by continuing to consume food high in acidic content, such as alcohol, processed meat, dairy products, coffee and meat.
Acidifying toxins are created by microforms and pathogens inside the body. If the body is too acidic, yeasts, microforms, and bad bacteria proliferate. These live organisms create even more toxins, and add up to the already acidic environment.
If you are thinking why the various systems in our body which includes fat, breath and mineral reserves do not work, you may want to ask yourself, “Are the acids that are currently in our body been removed?” Do bear in mind that acids vary in strength, and the collective quantity of acids built up over time will cause the systems to cease to perform their task properly.
Be more proactive in detoxifying your body once you received signs that it is not functioning normally. Toxins such as acids have to be removed from our body through detoxification.
If you want to obtain a well-balanced ph, you must have a proper diet and nutrition. It is wise to follow a detox plan which can greatly help you the detox process. A diet consisting of foods high in alkaline, proper supplementation, and hydrating the body properly can aid the body in detox.
Do not delay starting a detox program for your body once you think you fall under the category of an overly-acidic body. If you think that natural detoxifying is too slow or ineffective, there is no excuse to postpone detoxifying because there is a wide array of alkalizing products which will adjust your ph to the optimal balance, and thus preventing an acid build up or even reducing the presence of excessive acids in your body. Don’t hesitate, start now.
Your body needs detoxification, and that can only be achieved through self discipline and determination. Changing certain things in your life will benefit you and your body more.

The bodies natural detoxification system had simply not evolved to deal with the future man made pollutants that were to come. A full body detox will give your body the chance to build true health. In a normal healthy body, the detoxification system that consists of large and small intestines, urinary system, lymphatic system, skin, lungs and liver ensures that the body detoxifies itself. A detox program, in most cases shall include a mental shift in attitude towards diet, improving nutrition, removing toxins, returning the desired flora in your internal system, maintaining a balanced pH level in the body and improving the overall mind and body relationship.
The first step to better health is to achieve a sustainable full body detox, this assists the body to overcome and eliminate the years of built up toxins within the body, giving it a kick start or helping hand in creating the right environment and foundation for true health to be built on. The difference with a sustainable full body detox and most other detox regimes is that a sustainable body detox not only helps clear the colon and body of toxins but also overcomes a number of conditions that develop a toxic cycle within the body that also contribute to the toxic condition. When these conditions are not dealt with during a detox process they are left to fuel the build up of toxins again, resulting in a few weeks or months of feeling good but no progress made on your overall health. The increase in the amount of toxins in the body results in stress in the immune system that eventually breaks down due to overwork. On the other hand when these conditions are dealt with as part of a full body detox, it results in a detox that the body will continue to maintain with it’s own natural detoxification system, especially when you follow the second part.
Body detox diets vary but typically involve eating or drinking nothing but raw, steamed or gently stir-fried vegetables and fruit, pulses, sprouted seeds, thin soups, juices and plain cereals such as brown rice, millet or buckwheat. Home body detox is one of the greatest ways of keeping ourselves cleansed and vigorous, along with techniques like special diets, natural therapies and vitamin supplements. Mediterranean diets are low on fat and carbohydrates and they provide us with healthy alternative to the oily food we consume every day. You should also start eating organic diet foods, getting regular exercise, and drinking adequate amounts of water to facilitate your detoxification.
Exercise increases oxygen to your system and raises your body temperature, in effect combining oxygen therapy and hyperthermia. Exercise detoxification is an effective method of cleansing many vital organs simultaneously and should become a regular part of your life. Beyond the moving every hour rule, of course, everyone knows that moderate exercise 3 times a week can help with a lot of the body’s functions including lungs, heart and bowels. There are tons of exercise programs and plans out there, or just walkingfor at least 12-15 minutes a day is beneficial to the colon function. To make a long story short (too late, I know), I do believe our bodies are able to detox on their own if we eat healthy, exercise, drink enough water, get enough sleep and maintain healthy mental habits that reduce stresson a regular basis.

So what is Total body detox? Well let’s begin with why you may need it in the first place!
Accumulation of excessive toxins occurs through the consumption of harmful food, junk diets, colas, caffeine, alcohol, drugs, lack of exercise, constipation, and even the environmental pollution. This causes your ph level to go haywire and as a result you become vulnerable to various diseases.
The best way to counter this problem is to effectively rinse your body of all these poisonous toxins in order to achieve both physical and mental bliss. And the process through which you can achieve this is known as total body detox. Get rid of your unhealthy eating habits, stick to a wholesome diet, and consume lots of water, fresh fruits and veggies and specific vitamin supplements. Do this over a period of four months at least and see the difference.
The entire process of total body detox will take some time, and it cleans your bowels first, followed by liver, kidney, blood, lymph.
Stage#1 bowel detox: to get your bowels cleaned you should pump up the amount of brightly colored fresh fruits and vegetables you eat daily, like apples, cherries, strawberries, spinach, zucchini, papaya, broccoli. Slash the intake of cheese, meat and refined foods, eggs however are good for total body detox.
Stage#2 liver detox once the bowels are working smoothly its time for the liver. Drink lots of green drinks; eat beet, green vegetables, milk thistle. Boost this diet with appropriate detoxosode drops whenever possible for effective body detox. Carob powder works to get rid of heavy metals from your system.
Stage#3 kidney detox: Make it a habit to have a teaspoon of unsweetened cranberry concentrate everyday. Also, don’t forget to keep your nutritious diet intact, with ginger, melon and parsley!
Stage#4 Blood and Lymph Detox: this is the fourth and final stage of total body detoxification. Ideally you should begin this in the 4th month of your detox process. Lymph stasis causes fluid retention, lymphatic cancer; fibrocystic ******* etc. to ensure proper lymph circulation have 12 drops of poke root tincture. Irish moss along with parsley balances out the cellular salts.
Paradoxically the signs of a successful detox are only a more terrible version of existing symptoms. Weakness, nausea, loose motions, fever, joint ache, weight loss actually indicates that you are getting better. This is called a healing crisis and it is only temporary. It lasts for a maximum of three days after which you rapidly change for the better. If it had been the disease symptoms it would have progressively become worse.
The different ways to get over a healing crisis of full body detox are:
a) Drinking water
b) Getting an oil massage
c) Caster oil packs
d) Skipping food for a couple of days
e) seeking emotional and spiritual support
Going through total body detox isn’t as hard as it sounds and the results that can be attained through the process are worth bearing the minor annoyances that may come your way. So go in for your total body detox today keeping in mind the old adage “no pain, no gain!”

Educating children to eat a healthy and balanced diet may be a tireless task but it is important that it is done when they are young. One question you may have in mind is “How do you eat healthily and nutritiously?” The rule of the thumb is to have food that falls into ‘grow’ ‘glow’ and ‘go’ categories.
Humans are accustomed to eating different types of food and beverages without having the knowledge of what they are actually consuming. Even though our body has its own natural cleansing mechanism it is almost impossible to completely remove these harmful chemicals or acids because of its large accumulation.
How is ph scales relevant to our health? Ph is an indicator to measure the acidity or alkalinity of our body medium. Several fluids mingle in our body and our body’s ph level may change all the time but more often than not it will adjust itself accordingly. However when this adjustment fails the entire body will become badly hit.
If you encounter stress fatigue tiredness pains or experience pains poor digestion aches or a balloon in weight it may be the red light for you to check your body’s ph level to see if it’s too acidic.
One may wonder the actions they have done which resulted in their body becoming overly acidic. It might be useful to recall your eating habits – have you ingested acids created acids or perform ineffective acid elimination?
Keep in mind that when allowing your body to neutralize the acids do not ‘work it too hard’ by continuing to consume food high in acidic content such as alcohol processed meat dairy products coffee and meat.
What is the risk of our body being too acidic? The more acidic our body is the more suitable it is for the proliferation of harmful living organisms such as bad bacteria yeasts and microforms. Having more of these harmful organism means endangering your body with even more toxins causing your body to be even more acidic.
