Most people would be amazed if they were aware of all the poisons in our bodies.  The benefits of colon cleansing are endless.  These poisons in our bodies are deteriorating our bodies and literally killing us. Americans and people all over the world have taken on very unhealthy diets and have no idea what it is doing to our bodies  Did you know the average American consumes 150 pounds of sugar yearly.  This breaks down to roughly 52 tablespoons of sugar daily.  This is an alarming rate.  Many of the junk foods we consume contain harmful additives, chemicals, and many are filled with excitotoxins such as MSG and aspartame.  These substances can literally stimulate neurons to death,  causing serious brain damage.  Sound serious, it is,  the food industry knowingly adds these dangerous substances all in the name of making a buck.  The average human could be a host for a hundred parasites alone. The thought alone makes me sick to my stomach.

Where Do I Start?

It’s simple we start with the colon. There are so many benefits to colon cleansing.  You must detox your body,  before it’s to late.  Any cleansing regiment should begin in the colon.  It is the last stop in our digestive tract and must be cared for.  Many experts agree that the colon must be cleansed before any effective healing can take place in our bodies.  When you begin your cleansing we should notice results with in a few days.  You will either be amazed or disgusted what you find coming out of your body, I know I was. In addition,  If you want to take a step further To detox your bodies,  try body wraps.  This is also a great way to rid our bodies of these impurities.

One of the more popular diets in today’s society is the 3 day detox diet. This is basically because it is a very simple diet to follow which also can have a dramatic effect on your health as well as a rapid weight loss. It’s other main benefit is that it only lasts for 3 days. So unlike other diets, such as the atkins diet or the south beach diet, you don’t have to spend weeks counting your calories and carbs.

The process of the 3 day detox diet involves eating fresh
vegetables and fruit during the 3 days. You will also be drinking a lot of water which will help to flush out the toxins in your body and also help to keep your body hydrated.

This really helps to make you feel a lot more healthier and even rejuvinated at the end of the 3 days. You should keep your meals small and often. 4-5 meals a day is recommended of vegetables or fruits. But you can also include some sort of grains if you wish such as rice. Herbs also help the detoxification process, so you should try to add some to your meals.

You should also try to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. This can be as simple as taking the dog for a walk or having a brisk walk on your lunch hour. This really helps to burn off some excess calories and also keeps the heart working as it should. Try to drink at least 2 litres of water a day, which may sound a lot but is vital to the success of the 3 day detox diet.

You only have to stick to the rules for 3 days, which almost anyone can do with even just a little bit of will power. Once your 3 day detox diet is complete, you’ll feel like a brand new person and will want to continue to do it regularly to keep your body functioning to the best of it’s abilities.
