In order to eat healthily and nutritiously, one must adhere to the three “G” – Grow, glow and go. This is one of the fundamentals in nutrition to educate children in the importance of eating a healthy and balanced diet.

Understanding what we eat and drink every day is paramount. Our body digests the nutrients from the food we consume but the harmful chemicals it contains remains in our body. Over time, these harmful chemicals or acids will accumulate into startling amounts, which is too much for our body’s natural cleansing mechanism to bear.

pH is a scale to measure acidity and alkalinity. Fluids in our body contribute to the overall ph level which will affect the cells. Although the body is able to adjust its pH level, there are times it does not function properly, and when this happens, it affects the whole body.

If you are thinking why the various systems in our body which includes fat, breath and mineral reserves do not work, you may want to ask yourself, “Are the acids that are currently in our body been removed?” Do bear in mind that acids vary in strength, and the collective quantity of acids built up over time will cause the systems to cease to perform their task properly.
