If you could answer my question that would be great or if you know any links to detox plans or tips or anything else on them. Thanks a lot!

For all those interested in a detox diet plan I strongly suggest you try the name brand DetoX. It is a mixture of natural herbs use to make tea with. Along with this tea you drink a fresh squeezed lemonade or citrus mixture to help with the detoxification process. It will detoxify you internally and surely help you to lose at least 20 pounds or more in a month’s time if used correctly. When I first tried the product, I lost about 8 pounds in four days! Please visit the website and share it with others. You’ll be glad you did!
The whole urban detox myth began in Edwardian times when’ in affluent society’ vegetables were considered common and the diet was very high in meat and sugar, but had little fiber. severe constipation ensued and purgatives and enemas were popular to ‘clean you out’.
The modern diet, if balanced, clears the colon in 24 hours, this makes the whole pointless concept no more than an embarrassment, and just goes to show what great lengths we can be conned into by the manipulators of this type of pseudo-science.
There is no evidence that these are useful diets. I note at least there is a reference to formal exercise, so your chances of sustained weight loss are at least in with a chance. If you miss out on this bit, the odds that you will gain weight within the foreseeable future are 2 out of 3.
