Please share regimen for an at home detox/body cleanse?

I am trying to prepare myself for weight loss. I have an exercise plan in place and my trainer suggested that I begin with a detox/body cleanse. Please share a regimen for an at home (DIY) detox. Include ingredients and recipe for preparing the detox, directions for taking it and recipe plan for eating properly while detoxing. Thanks. P.S. Serious responses only.

  3. You’re going to hate me, but this is the detox I followed when I had an audition:

    For five days

    Vegetables
    Salmon
    Tofu

    NO MEAT OR DAIRY

    OR (That diet for 5 days is really hard heres an alternative)

    Hollywood 2 day diet

    BE CAREFUL your just drinking juice on this diet and not getting protein. YOU NEED PROTEIN ESPECIALLY IF YOU EXERCISE.

    OR(My trainer does this detox and he’s in bodybuilding competitions)

    Find a good quality protein shake and have that in place for 5 meas. Drink lots of water with lemon in it.

    ***Remember detox’s are not a long term thing there short, Always check with your doctor before detoxing***
