Avoid leafy greens. Eat boiled potatoes and/or rice. Stick with red or black beans for fiber. Drink lots of fluoridated water.

Just start eating the healthy foods. From what I understand, the detox process isn’t cracked up to what it is suppose to be. Dr. Oz that is on Oprah from time to time, has some good books out, on healthy eating. I’m sure you can check it out online. Good luck.

Start eating healthily. The only “detox” necessary is to drink lots of water.

Eat brightly coloured food along with beans and lentils and other pulses! Drink water. Try and stay away from carbs and eat lean sources of protein such as turkey. And drink even more water. You could also try a detox tea. Dr Stuarts detox tea is really tasty and refreshing!!!

How do I detox? Simple, a very long time ago I went vegetarian! Just that one little change automagically removed about 90% of the toxins I (or anyone else) would need to get rid of! It’s not related to being a veg, but a couple of decades ago I also removed alcoholic beverages from my diet.
If you eat a varied, balanced vegetarian diet there’s not much real need to detox.
