you’ve got more than a few pounds to lose, then try the 7 day
detox diet. This will help you to lose more weight and this
can be quite dramatic in many cases.
If you want long term health and fitness, then consider a long
term body detox. This would mean you permanently eating only
good foods, exercising everyday and drinking lots of water.
This will give you a stable metabolism and make sure you are
at the peak of your fitness.

plan to suit your goals and fitness needs.
