Healthy body detox???

dsmd asked:
I have found my self overly tired lately and my body is running mostly on caffine alone. I just had a baby 6 months ago and I want to get in to a healty routine. I was wondering if anyone know of cost efficent remedies to cleanse my body of unwanted toxins. My skin is also uneven and dry my nails stopped growing and my hair is dry so I think that it is about time to get into a healthy routine. Other than my 6mo old I have a 2 1/2 yr old that I feel too tired to even play with sometimes and now that it is getting warmer I want to enjoy the outside weather with her without feeling run down. I can’t sleep at night, sometimes I feel like I can’t even focus on anything for a long period of time, and my temper is shorter than it has ever been .Any suggestions would be appreciated
I need to add…I don’t do any sort of drugs, and I rarely drink so I am not talking about that.
Thanks in advance for your help

the best way is to water fast or juice fast for 10 days
you can do 3 or 1 or 7 days, but `1o days really gets rid of the junk in ya
You don’t need to do anything drastic to get back into the swing of things. All your problems are coming form the caffeine overdose and lack of sleep!
First of all, immediately cut back on your caffeine intake. This is causing your insomnia, inability to focus and skin/nail problems. If you drink coffee, start making it 1/2 decaf and 1/2 regular. If you drink soda, switch to caffeine-free or drink tea instead. That way, you get a lower dose of the caffeine your body’s addicted to as well as the health benefits of tea. Cut back gradually and be prepared to take Advil if you get a withdrawl headache (which you will.) Make sure you drink two glasses of water for each caffeinated beverage you drink, as it’s very dehydrating.
Secondly, start taking a multivitamin and make sure you eat breakfast every day - no exceptions. Spend at least 30 minutes outside walking around - the sunlight helps the body produce Vitamin D which is crucial to healthy skin, hair and nails.
Avoid processed food and try to only eat things with fewer than 5 ingredients. Get lots of fresh fruit as it’s cheaper now because it’s coming in season.
a combination of urine and semen
A healthy body detox I use is the Isagenix fat and burn cleanse system. They have a 9-day cleanse and a 30-day cleanse. Isagenix cleanses your toxins from your body and replenishes with the right nutrients your body needs. Its great, since doing the cleanse I have more energy, sleep a lot better at night. Overall Isagenix is a really great program. For more in-depth information on Isagenix go to

I hope this helps.
Hi,
Not a home detox, but I use Isagenix. It works well for me and my husband. We have both lost weight too. More energy and deeper sleep too!
It is a bit of $$$ but so worth it. Plus you are not spending as much on groceries during the cleanse.
