Does anyone know how to detox your body with natural foods?

I own the book “You Are What You Eat” and in it containes a strick schedule for a day of dieting with natural foods. It is supposed to rid your body of toxic stuff that absorbs and stays in your fat cells. So say that someone is a marijuana smoker and tries this detox. THC is one of those chemicals that likes to store in your fat cells. Does anyone know if this would help your rid your body of THC? Or rid of most of it?
