do you know a good body detox programme?

   Yes,
   I use Isagenix and have for the past year. It is a cleansing and replenishing system. It is such a good idea with all the toxins in our food and our diminishing soil nutrients. It is nice to boost your body with a detox as it helps with energy and mental clarity.

   The basic program is a 9 day cleanse.
