Detox your body with out suppliments??

drink lots and lots of water drink water untill u want to bust. you could work out and sweat. a good run will help or just go sit in a sauna. do it the natural way
Cranberry juice, green tea, and lots of Water!
drink lots of chinese of japanese green tea. pure. with no added sugar ant stuff. green tea increases your metabolism and help you burn fat and calories naturally. but ofcourse its not a magic potion of something. drink 2-3 cups a day regularly and you shld feel the difference!
Yeah, try flushing out your system with a two day water/cranberry juice detox. This is basically fasting, except you are drinking water and cranberry juice. Most people can’t make it past the first day, but if you really want to detox and flush out your system, this is the way to go.
I think you are mistaken. Detoxing is NOT removing calories and fat from your body. It is removing toxins. It is physically impossible to remove all the fat from your body.
But detoxing for heath and toxin removal there are a few good ways. Fasting first off. Just talking in water, or juice for 5-7 days. Water gives a stronger and quicker detox, but juice is preferred for people who aren’t used to the effects of fasting.
Anther good way, and this one I reccomend, is restricting your food intake. Eliminating foods that are hard on metabolism, and only consuming pure foods such as raw fruits and vegetables, whole grains (excluding white rice), legumes, raw nuts and seeds, fish, vegetable oils, herbs and herbal teas and water.
But no, you cannot detox your body to remove fat and calories. Cleaning out your system, is removing buildup and toxins. Not fat and calories
