detox dieting…?

Like what drinks she used? or if you have any other detoxing diets that work, that i dont have to buy, that i can just do in my home w/ out goignt o the store and buying all this stuff b/c i dont have the money for it. but i do have light cranberry juice, and water. lol, but seriously 10pts. for best, i want somethign thats going to work fast and good. thanks a bunch!!

omg me too i was watching the fabulouse life of and i saw like densel and beyonce and some otheres did detox and the i put a questions about also!!!

Doing on a pure detox diet isnt smart…I recomend

teh first 9 days is a detox and then it has diffrent phases its good
My sister went on the Lemonaid diet google it…(dont think the name….its some spicy lemon drink but its not HORRIBLE)
All sensible foods have detoxing effect.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
