Best way for a simple body detox?

I’m interested in detoxing my body for the first time. Just looking for a simple way to cleanse my system and maybe lose a few pounds in the process.
I’m not very interested in fasting, however.
Can anyone recommend a good way to ease into a detox that doesn’t require too much..maybe a list of foods and liquids I should consume more of/ what to cut out. That sort of thing.
Again, this is my first time, so I don’t know exactly how I should go about this. Any suggestions would be great

  1. I did a herbal detox with two sets of herbal pills. One from each bottle in the morning and same thing at night. It’s called Multi herb and multi fiber and the company is Nature’s secret. Really helped to clean me out and I didn’t have to starve myself.

  5. hi I used the herbalife 21 day herbal cleanse and it was great. You just take two tablets in the morning, two in the evening and thats it. You can feel the difference within the first two days, my body feels so good after using it. Its only available online, I get mine from myhealthabcmall.com it takes three days to arrive. You can use this up to four times a year too, so I have now done it a second time. Your hair, skin and everything just looks so much better. You dont need to be on a diet to use it but if you are dieting then its even more effective. Good luck.
